a. Information from Gmail™

  • Email Content - We process email content to deliver intelligent email management features.
  • Email Metadata - We access headers, timestamps, sender/recipient info to organize and categorize emails.
  • Contact Information - Contact details from your email interactions are used to build contact profiles.
  • Access Permissions - We only access data for which you've explicitly granted permissions.

b. Email Analysis via Brev

  • Stored Data - We temporarily cache analysis results (e.g., content categorization, priority scoring, suggested replies).
  • Access Control - Only the logged-in user can access their own data. Each user's data is isolated and protected.

c. User Behavior Tracking

  • Tools Used - We track user behavior in the app to understand how it's used and to improve it.
  • Data Storage - Behavior data is encrypted and stored securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

Email Functionality

  • Email Analysis - We analyze your emails to organize them, prioritize them, and offer suggested replies.
  • Contact Management - We help you manage contacts by processing relevant interaction data.

  • User Behavior Analysis - Behavior data helps us improve the product experience and develop new features.

No Generalized AI/ML Model Training: We do not retain user data obtained through Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Your data is only used to provide and improve the specific services you request.

  • Access Controls - User Access: Only the account owner can access their data. Internal Access: Only authorized personnel may access data internally if necessary.
  • Security Measures - We use secure servers, firewalls, and regular security assessments to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Google Authentication – To securely authenticate users.

6. Your Choices

Account Management

  • Disconnecting Accounts - You may revoke Brev's access to your Gmail™ at any time.

Data Deletion

  • Requesting Deletion - You can contact us to request deletion of stored data. We will securely delete it from our servers.

Accessing Your Data

  • Review and Update - You can review and manage stored information via your Brev account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

  • Brev is not intended for individuals under 13.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
