a. Information from Gmail™
- Email Content - We process email content to deliver intelligent email management features.
- Email Metadata - We access headers, timestamps, sender/recipient info to organize and categorize emails.
- Contact Information - Contact details from your email interactions are used to build contact profiles.
- Access Permissions - We only access data for which you've explicitly granted permissions.
b. Email Analysis via Brev
- Stored Data - We temporarily cache analysis results (e.g., content categorization, priority scoring, suggested replies).
- Access Control - Only the logged-in user can access their own data. Each user's data is isolated and protected.
c. User Behavior Tracking
- Tools Used - We track user behavior in the app to understand how it's used and to improve it.
- Data Storage - Behavior data is encrypted and stored securely.

- Review and Update - You can review and manage stored information via your Brev account settings.
7. Children's Privacy
- Brev is not intended for individuals under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
